Satan’s Fan Club – Book Tour

Hello, hello friends! We’re halfway through September already, and Today is my Birthday. Time seem to just disappear lately and it needs to slow down so I can get to all these deliciously spooky books.

Speaking of spooky books, thank you to Black Tide Book Tours for an e-copy of Satan’s Fan Club by Mark Kirkbride! This was such a fun horror book to kick off my Spooky Season reads with.

While they yearn to join Nick’s club and escape their staunchly religious upbringing, entrance requires they commit a crime tailored just for them. My Review – 👻👻👻👻👻 (5 out of 5 ghosts)

I loved this fun, intense, spooky horror story and have absolutely no clue how it was going to end, there were so many possibilities. I felt like I was buckled into a roller coaster that was in the dark, and I felt like it could be anything waiting around the corner of the next turn.

I really enjoyed the character dynamics. The twins had a very close bond, and then Harriet (the youngest sister) was almost like the golden child. The Christian household, with their father being a man of faith, made for an interesting home dynamic for this plot line, and all the moving plot pieces worked so well together. Some might have thought that all the different elements set in motion might be too much to follow, but they all tied in smoothly as the story unfolded.

I definitely recommend checking triggers, BUT If you are a fan of….

☠️ Mysterious trouble makers
☠️ Taboo family relationships
☠️ Creepy Imaginary Friends
☠️ psychopathic children

Then this is absolutely the read for you!!! 👻🫣
