Wow, sounds amazing right? I don’t know about you, but I am a huge sucker for horror and dark fantasy stories about paranormal beings such as vampires or zombies. Never would I have imagined such an amazing story that includes both beings!! This book grabbed me hook, line, and sinker.

My Review –
What an utterly fantastic paranormal Post-Apocalyptic story, containing both Vampires and Zombies as the main species. From the very first chapter I was dazzled by Dixon Reuel’s beautiful writing, and intriguing carefully crafted characters. I simply could not put this book down!!
As we begin, we find out that the human race is dwindling. Rise and his coven of vampires are safe in their compound, or so they thought. We follow Rise as he ventures outside of their compound in search of survivors we discover more about the current state of the world and who the leading factions are. With the threat of an ancient enemy growing ever closer, the WarWolves, Rise makes decisions for his coven that bring us an exciting and edge of your seat story.
Will Rise guarantee the safety and survival of his coven, or will the zombies and WarWolves take over and destroy their existence? Guess you’ll have to read Rise of One and find out for yourself!
